Experienced Freelance Barista (2+ years)

We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team, someone who has honed their craft over multiple years and knows their way around an espresso machine and pour-overs.
2+ years of experience is a hard requirement.

Fluent in English is a must, Dutch a big plus, as we have a diverse customer base and want to provide excellent service to everyone.

You'll be an integral part of our local coffee-loving community, crafting delicious beverages and sharing your expertise with our valued customers. We serve local espresso roast and international filter roast from all over Europe.

As an Experienced Freelance Barista, you will work 2 days a week; Tuesday and Wednesday.
More are optional when covering for another barista. Our baristas own our "set week schedule", which you can switch days in when agreed upon.

You'll be running the bar on working days. We're a relatively small bar, so you'll be the `head barista` on those days and responsible for the entire bar (location). As we're not located in the city centre, an experienced barista will manage.

Our large group of returning customers will ensure that you feel respected and welcomed. You'll have great chats and build a strong connection to the neighborhood. It's a social space with high-quality products and interiors that people love revisiting.

• Available on Tuseday and Wednesday
• 2+ years of experience
• English (+Dutch) fluent in speach and writing
• Preferable located in Rotterdam
